Job Title: Cultivation Technician Job Description: As a fast-growing startup, we seek an experienced cultivation technician with patience, empathy, hard work, and communication skills. The technician will assist the Cultivation Manager in typical cultivation-focused tasks, including; plant propagation, pruning, transplanting, harvesting, canopy management, fertilizing, cleaning, etc. This fast-paced and labor-intensive job requires individuals to be on their feet for most of the workday. Candidates should be flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing and rapid environment that is a startup in the cannabis industry. Typical hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements: You must reside within 30 minutes of Adrian, Michigan, and have reliable transportation to commute to the job site. You must be over the age of 21 per State law. Have no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving the sale of narcotics to minors. You must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs. Must pack lunch.
