Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $16.00+ per hour Location: Monroe, MI (In-person) ⸻ Duties • Greet and check in customers upon arrival • Collect and verify customer credentials to ensure authenticity and age requirements • Answer customer inquiries in person and via telephone • Educate customers about Weedys products • Assist with product transfers, inventory stocking, menu updates and other projects as assigned by the Store Manager ⸻ Requirements • Must be 21+ years old • Have no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving the sale of narcotics to minors • Must have a friendly and welcoming demeanor • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Must be able to move FAST, yet safely • Must be accurate and detail-oriented • Must adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Understand that this is a startup; therefore, you must be capable of rolling with the punches, maintaining a flexible mindset, and welcoming constant change ⸻ Schedule • Full-time and part-time shifts available • First shift starts ~8:45 AM • Last shift ends ~9:15 PM • 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available • Please note that this role requires the employee to be available for regular work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. ⸻ Is This Job Right for You? • Comfortable being on your feet and moving all day? • Have solid customer service experience? • Love connecting with people and making them feel welcome? • Excited by the energy of a startup and the chance to grow with it? • Passionate about cannabis?
